There have been some pretty awesome racing games over the years. Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja’s Nioh 2 was built on the success of the first game, but took a decidedly different direction from the first game. Instead of playing as William, you instead get to create your own character in Nioh 2 thanks to the fairly extensive character creation process. The good part about it is that you have control over your character, but the bad part about it is that it means the story is far less character driven than the first game. However, whether you liked the change or not from Nioh to Nioh 2, there are still those who love everything else about Nioh 2 for the PlayStation 4 and on Steam or Epic Games Store for PC. Nioh originally released for the PS4 way back in 2017. It was collaborative effort between Team Ninja and Toei Tecmo, to make a historical fantasy game based around the story of William Adams. The game is a hack-and-slash lite-RPG that gives you plenty to experience based around mythological aspects of Japanese culture. The game was popular enough to spawn a sequel, as well as a port to PC later in 2017 known as Nioh: Complete Edition, featuring the three additional expansion packs, which include Dragon of the North, Defiant Honor, and Bloodshed’s End.
